Return Policy:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be unused, with all original tags attached.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • You will need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

How to Start a Return

  1. Authorization: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
  2. Important Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  3. Support: You can always contact us for any return questions at service@jonrtech.com.

Replacement Policy:

JONR will replace (at JONR's expense) any JONR product that fails to operate during the applicable warranty period due to defect in workmanship or material. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.
